I am single, unmarried, and the youngest of 4 boys in my family with no sisters. Cooking and Baking is a Hobby in my life, and seeing posts from Yudhika Sujanani online posts with her cooking classes inspires me. Tickled pink? Yes please! OMG! When I think of the colour pink, the sassy Yudhika comes to mind dressed in her pink garter and sporting pink Jimmy Choos. Well, its not the pretty chef that steals the shoe but its her gastronomic fare that makes one salivate in delight. I have been a die hard fan of this sassy chef from the very beginning and when I read her delicious blog, I am immediately transported to foodie heaven. Now, I must confess that I am quite a baker at heart and would think of nothing better than serving red velvet pancakes for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Having said that, this beautiful pink beauty from the master Kitchen Aid would be most welcome in my humble kitchen. I for one can imagine trying out all those delicious recipes from my favourite chef using this nifty and sexy mixer. Home made bread will be my new hero and I know that my new mixer will steal the limelight anytime! My 10 year old daughter will also be delighted to use this gorgeous mixer. Now, how do I make this a reality? Would the bribe of shipping off mini pistachio and rose cupcakes to Holi Cow sound like a good deal? Or would the thought of making my family elated at the prospect of enjoying home-made treats ever so often appeal to you? So please Yudhika, wave that magical wand and make my sweet pink wish come true. I know that this Kitchen Aid time-piece will become a heir loom for generations to come.

Dearest Yudhika, Myself and my friend Jennifer attended morning cookery class this last Saturday and we had such a wonderful time learning on how to make Lamb Rogan Josh, Chicken Korma, Mushroom & Chickpea, Coconut Prawn Curry as well as Rotis all in one morning!!!! We both really enjoyed your hands on class as well as the tasting afterwards. Your chocolate cake was super moist and your lovely daughter also made a wonderful chocolate sauce which was poured over the cake. We will definitely attend again and we cannot wait to try and impress our families with our new cooking skills. Words alone can’t explain how much I wish to win a #KitchenAid. To date I’ve always relied on a hand mixer I received as a wedding gift, 1988. Needless to say, a hand mixer is no match for a super powered kitchen appliance like the #KitchenAid. Everyone needs a little bit of help in the kitchen when preparing food, or baking. Since I was a little girl right throughout my schooling career I had one goal to become a chef BUT life got in the way and when I was able to finally study I was diagnosed with arthritis throughout my body which would make being a chef impossible so now I do cake decorating as much as I can and make as often as possible and I’ve wanted a kitchen aid for the longest time but was never able to afford it well still can’t it will take a lot of saving to get it but one day 🙂 who knows maybe Lady Luck is on my side
